The Governance and Animation Board defines the Group's strategic orientations and general policy, and appoints the Executive Committee.
Guy TEMPEREAU
Founder of Seris Group - Chairman of GenTem Family Office
Guy TEMPEREAU joined a security company in Saint-Nazaire with 25 employees at the age of 17 as an administrative employee. He became its shareholder and Chairman in 1976 at the age of 23. After turning the company around, he developed new activities and gradually positioned it throughout the country. The growth continues through several international acquisitions as from 2006 in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and more recently in Poland and Africa. In 50 years, Guy TEMPEREAU has established SERIS Group as the leading independent French group and among the world's top 10 security players.
Céline TEMPEREAU-SAUVAGE
Representative of the shareholder family
Holder of a DUT in Sales Techniques and then a diploma in commercial expertise from ISEG, Céline TEMPEREAU-SAUVAGE acquired his first commercial experience within another family group before joining SERIS France in 1999. She was Sales Manager for the West of France until 2010 before moving to the Purchasing Department. In 2015, she joined the Group's General Management before joining the Governance and Animation Board at the beginning of 2020.
Audrey PROU
Representative of the shareholder family
Audrey PROU holds a university technical degree in Marketing Techniques and began her career in real estate transactions and management before spending four years managing two franchise stores specializing in interior design and decoration. In 2012, she joined the SERIS Group's Executive Management team, where she was responsible for real estate and communications. In early 2020, she joined the Governance and Animation Board.

Sébastien TEMPEREAU is Sales Manager in the wine and spirits sector.
Antoine MASSIET du BIEST
General Manager of Family Office GenTem, member of the Strategy Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee
Antoine MASSIET du BIEST worked for nine years in investment banking (mergers and acquisitions) before becoming CFO and Secretary General at family-owned groups, where he was responsible for their development in France and internationally. He joined the Seris Group in 2012 and served as its Secretary General until the creation of the GenTem family holding company at the end of 2019.
Bruno CATHELINAIS
Independent director, Chairman of the Strategy Committee
Bruno CATHELINAIS was CFO of several companies in western France before joining the Bénéteau Group for more than 25 years as CFO, Managing Director and then Chairman of the Executive Board, enabling the Group to become the world leader in yachting. From 2019 to 2025, he chaired the Supervisory Board of Groupe Pilote, a major player in leisure vehicles in Europe, and was a director of several start-ups.
Véronique STAAT
Independent director, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and member of the Strategy Committee
Véronique Staat began her career at Deloitte in auditing, then became HR Director, a member of the Executive Committee, and finally Vice-President of the Board of Directors of Deloitte France & Francophone Africa. From 2020 to 2025, she served as a director of the Creadev fund (Mulliez family) and of a Paris-listed energy company, while simultaneously developing a consulting firm to support, in particular, shareholders and executives of family groups. She currently serves as an independent director of the Maisons de Famille group (services for the elderly) and Septodont (dental pharmaceuticals), as well as of the family holding company Andromède (Rémy Cointreau group, spirits).
Bernard GAUTIER
Independent director and member of the Strategy Committee
Bernard GAUTIER spent 20 years as a strategy and organization consultant at Accenture and Bain before taking over as General Manager of the Wendel family investment listed group, which he significantly expanded between 2003 and 2019. He led and then served as director of numerous investments in various sectors, including Stahl (chemicals), Deutsch (Connectors), Editis (publishing), Materis and St Gobain (construction materials), IHS (telecom towers), and Constantia (packaging). In particular, he invested in the security sector and supported the development of AlliedBarton, an American company that became the US market leader after its merger with Universal. Following Wendel disposal, this group acquired G4S and became the world leader in the security industry.
