A few days ago, 70 members of the subsidiaries' management teams gathered in Paris for the Group's annual strategy seminar.
For two days, representatives from France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland and Central Africa, where SERIS Security operates, were able to exchange and share their respective expertise.
This 2024 edition was marked by fascinating round tables and inspiring speeches, including that of Joan-Benjamin Gaba, judoka and double Olympic medallist at the Paris 2024 Games, whom we had the honour of hosting. Discussions also focused on major themes such as the values shared within the Group and the many prospects offered by Artificial Intelligence.
Under the leadership of Guy TEMPEREAU - Chairman and Founder -, Benoît PEDOUSSAUT - Group CEO - and the Executive Committee team, these days provided an opportunity to share ideas, fuel joint reflection and feed into our new three-year strategic plan. A plan that continues to be built around four fundamental axes: Conquest, Efficiency, Team and ESG.
This interlude proved to be a source of inspiration for all our teams!
